Shirebrook Marketplace nearing completion
A plan to revitalise Shirebrook Market Place is nearing completion.
Bolsover District Council has invested £2million into the delivery of the final two phases of the Shirebrook Market RE:imagined project which has seen the area completely renovated.
The project has seen public realm improvements and the installation of a pavilion, market store, and public toilets. The next step towards the opening of marketplace will see Bolsover District Council formally hand the site back to Shirebrook Town Council. BDC is very keen to do this so that it can be reopened as soon as the works are completed in May.
