- Verbal or physical abuse
- People causing a nuisance or being rowdy in a public place
- Street drinking, underage drinking and being drunk in public

- Harassment including incidents involving race, sexual orientation, gender, religion, disability or game.

- Fire or rescue emergency you should always call 999 immediately.

Reporting Garden Fire / Controlled Burns
If you are having a garden fire, please ring Fire Control on 01332 861800 to inform them of the fire.

They will:
- Record the location the fire is taking place.
- Offer fire safety advice.
- Ask you to contact them when the fire is out.

Reporting a smoke nuisance
If you are suffering from a smoke nuisance, we would encourage you to speak to the person or business creating the problem. If this is unsuccessful, Bolsover District Council may be able to help.

If you think there is a real risk to people or property then you should call the emergency services on 999
