Freddies’s ‘Bake Off’ 2023

South Normanton Parish Council had a delightful time at Frederick Gent School’s annual ‘Freddie’s Bake Off’ on Friday, November 10th, 2023!

Councillors Emma Stevenson and Brian Marshall, along with Admin Assistant Corina Gee, were honoured to attend and gift voucher prizes to the talented bakers who stole the show with their delectable cake creations.

3rd Prize Cake Winner – Henry Stimpson – Y7
Staff Winner – Tamsie Bisceglia

Our team had the privilege of presenting prizes to the talented winners and were thrilled to see the enthusiasm among the participants. But that’s not all – the goodness didn’t stop there! The mouth-watering cakes were sold to pupils and staff, raising an impressive £162 for the Royal British Legion’s Poppy Appeal 2023.
