SNAP – It’s Time to Move On

SNaP Youth have been told to leave our old home on the High Street in South Normanton. By December, we will be homeless…unless the community can get behind us and help us find a solution. 

We desperately need somewhere to carry on the fantastic work that we have been doing for the past 20 years. Yes, we are blowing our own trumpet here, but we truly believe that without SNaP Youth, South Normanton wouldn’t be the same. If the community lets us go they will miss us and the support that we give to young people in the town.

The dream is to have our own building in the centre of town, from where we can offer so much more than youth clubs – we could develop into a community resource that specialises in supporting young people and their families.

To try and make our dream a reality we have set up a Crowdfunder appeal. We’d really love local businesses to sponsor us and for South Normanton residents to put on sponsored events or coffee mornings to raise funds for us.
