Tackle It – Derby County Community Trust
Derby County Community Trust are looking for participants to join our ‘Tackle It’ 17 to 25 programme. The participants must live in the Derbyshire area, with low to mild mental health difficulties.
These sessions will be hosted at Derwent Youth and Community Centre from 6pm until 7:30pm every Tuesday evening. The sessions will involve some physical activity, team building, wellbeing, life skills, social action, volunteering, and so on. We will be restarting the programme again in May or June, when we have a suitable number of participants available to us. We will also look at rewarding the participants involved within the programme around their attendance and involvement.
