This extension relates to the ‘blanket’ district-wide Temporary Traffic Regulation Order, 1 July to 3 September 2021, which was to cover road closures for a number of locations included in our annual carriageway surface dressing programme.

Please note that the vast majority of the works are now completed and this extension is only to accommodate some outstanding lining and stud reinstatement works.  This will only affect a small number of roads listed on the original Order as the majority of relining works will be carried out without the need for a road closure.  Where road closures are required, they will be carried out at night, to minimise disruption.  For those roads affected, advance notification boards will be placed out, advising of the times the road will be closed.
