The Queen’s Platinum Jubilee – South Normanton Celebrates

The Platinum Jubilee bank holiday weekend will soon be here, and we would like to invite all South Normanton residents to a free special event on Saturday 4th June 2022 to celebrate Queen Elizabeth II’s Platinum Jubilee.

The event will be held at the Post Mill Centre from 12.00pm onwards.

There will be a “Village Street Party” outside the Post Mill Centre.

With free sandwiches, snacks, cake and juice, and you can bring your own food and soft drinks if you’d like.

– Live entertainment includes live vocalist, dancers and a fun family disco.

– Children’s entertainment including kids entertainer and free face painting.

– Kids & Adults bouncy castles and slides and are all free to enjoy.

– Free Fun Fair Rides & Games for children with teacups and fun fair games.

– Ice Cream, Sweets, & Gifts with a free ice cream van, sweets and gift stall and much, much more.

Why not come along dressed for the day in Red, White & Blue or fancy dress or just put on your best outfits for this special royal event.
