SNPC Raises Funds for Guide Dogs UK

South Normanton Parish Council is delighted to share that we have successfully raised £118.00 in support of Guide Dogs UK through the sale of doggy poop bags. This initiative highlights the council’s commitment to not only maintaining a cleaner and more responsible environment for our community but also supporting important causes that enhance the lives of others.

We are particularly proud to have contributed to Guide Dogs UK, an organisation that does life-changing work by providing guide dogs and support for those with sight loss. In recognition of our efforts, we recently received a heartfelt letter of thanks from Guide Dogs UK, expressing their sincere appreciation for our support. This contribution will help them continue their vital work, ensuring greater independence and mobility for people who rely on their incredible services.

The council would like to extend a big thank you to all residents who purchased the poop bags, as your generosity has made this donation possible. Together, we can make a positive impact both in South Normanton and the local area.
