South Normanton Christmas Lights Switch On 2023
South Normanton Parish Council would like to invite everyone to our annual ‘Christmas Lights Switch On’ event on Sunday 26th November starting at 5.00pm in the Market Place.
Come along and join in the countdown to this year’s festive season and watch this year’s ‘Christmas Lights’ being switched on by our special guests and local residents Alice & Jo at 5.30pm.
Carols being sung around the Village Christmas Tree from the choir of ‘Churches Together’ accompanied by a brass band. There will be plenty of free mulled wine, mince pies and hot drinks to keep you all warm. There will also be fruit drinks and chocolate gifts for the children.
Please note: If you intend to come to the event by car, please park in alternative places such as the hub etc and walk to the event as the Market Place car park will be closed.
