South Normanton Memorial Tree
South Normanton Parish Council are proud to announce that a ‘Memorial Tree’ has been planted on Church Street close to the VE Day Memorial bench across from St Michael and All Angels Church.
The new fir tree planted by our very own SNPC grounds team is for local residents to use as a place of reflection and to remember cherished memories of relatives and friends that have sadly left us.
We hope that as the tree grows, residents will visit and hang memory labels from its branches with messages and thoughts for their loved ones.
